Understanding Our Support Packages

We offer three levels of IT support to suit different business needs:

Starter Package

The Starter Package is ideal for small businesses with a limited budget for IT. It provides unlimited support for your computers and laptops under an SLA contract, ensuring timely responses to all your support requests. Support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.) is included in all packages. However, if you need support for O365 accounts, mobile phones, printers, your Internet connection, or third-party business-specific applications like Sage, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or Iris Accountancy Suite, these would need to be added manually using our price calculator.

If your company acquires a new computer, we would charge an hourly rate for configuring it, as it falls outside the existing monthly contract. Once the new machine is set up according to your company’s standards, it can then be added to the monthly support contract for the low fee specified in the packages section.

Advanced Package

The Advanced Package is designed for small to medium-sized businesses with a bigger IT budget and stronger security requirements. Along with unlimited computer and laptop support under an SLA, this package includes support for O365 accounts, printers, Internet connection issues, and Microsoft Office applications. Mobile phone support and third-party applications are not included and would need to be added manually using the price calculator.

Complete Package

The Complete Package is for businesses that need all-inclusive IT support. It includes everything from the Starter and Advanced packages, plus support for mobile devices and third-party business applications such as Sage, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Iris Accountancy Suite. Additionally, we offer free configuration for two new computers each month, giving your business the flexibility to grow without additional setup costs.
